INTER-ETHNIC AND INTER- NATION RELATIONS. SOCIO -PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPTS

The author analyzes such basic concepts of inter-ethnic and inter-ethnic relations, as an ethnic group and nation in the context of two philosophical methodologies: the metaphysical and dialectical. As a result of our study revealed that in international relations is essential acquire the rule of law and the secular power. In the inter-ethnic relations were essential extra-legal norms and institutions of civil society. According to the metaphysical methodology in the management of ethnic relations belittled the value of extra-legal norms, and inter-ethnic relations belittled the value of the rule of law and, therefore , the role of institutions of a secular government. In accordance with the methodology of dialectical inter-ethnic relations are not infringed extralegal norms. In the implementation of inter-ethnic relations extralegal norms is not contrary to law.
