DIFFERENTIATION OF THE FOUR-RECIPROCAL SYSTEM NA, K // F, CL, WO4 USING INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH TOPOLOGY AND METRIC MULTI-SALT SYSTEMS

Identification of a topological structure of four-component mutual system by classical experimental methods is very time consuming and can take not one year. In this regard the universal algorithm of innovative research of the multicomponent salt systems (MSS) is developed, allowing in some tens times to reduce time for carrying out pilot studies. On the basis of the algorithm given in article the automated complex of differentiation and creation of trees of phases ISS is created. This complex allows to differentiate a phase complex of studied system automatically. The system Na, K//F, Cl, WO4 has double connections: D2 – NaF*2Na2WO4, D4 – NaCl*2Na2WO4, D6 - Na2WO4*K2WO4, D8 - KF*K2WO4. As a result of differentiation seven phase single blocks are revealed. The DTA method proved correctness of differentiation of fourfold mutual system Na, K//F, Cl, WO4. On a thermal curve of cooling of the calculated eutectic structure of NaF system – KCl – K2WO4 is noted the single peak corresponding to crystallization of an eutectic at a temperature of 874K (601 °C) that confirms stability of a sekushchy element and correctness of splitting. Thus, need of carrying out research of phases of a stable triangle of NaF – KCl – K2WO4 the RFA method disappears.
