FEATURES OF PREPARATION AND USE OF EXPERTISE DNA

This article discusses issues related to the preparation of materials for examination of DNA, which is a complex process, tactical and technical measures for the collection and registration of all necessary physical evidence, documents, samples, source of information. The authors provide reasonable requirements to the objects of expert research, their quality and quantity, to the issues to be resolved in the production of DNA examination. Special attention is given to issues of concern to establish individualizing signs victims of terrorist attacks and mass disasters that would allow this identification at the level of their chromosomal DNA, since the discovery of these objects in situations of massive loss of life is almost impossible. As the only possible option provides a method - indirect identification, which uses samples obtained from relatives of the victims. And finally analyzed the requirements for registration of a list of facilities provided by the expert.
