The article reveals a scientifically sound concept investigator, preliminary investigation , the investigator and the interaction of inquiry in identifying , disclosing and investigation of crimes in the sphere of drug trafficking. It is aimed at pre-trial establish all the circumstances, subject to proof Showing powers investigator, operations officer at the joint problem-solving procedure and other measures. Analyzed the problematic issues arising from the interaction of the investigator and operations officer at the detection and investigation of crimes in the area of drug trafficking . The ways to overcome them, one of them is the elimination of conflict of investigation and inquiry , and the disclosure of the investigation of crimes in the area of drug trafficking.
