SOME INFORMATION ABOUT UNION FREE COMMUNITIES OF MOUNTAINOUS DAGESTAN – BAKLIWAL (GUMBET) IN THE XIX – EARLY XX CENTURY (HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT)

On the territory of Dagestan from the medieval period up to accession by tsarist Russia in 1864, the Dagestan region there were many (more than 60) administrative and political units known in the historical literature called unions of rural societies (communities), which also received the name «free society». It was the original territorialethnic and political-military structure with a kind of socio-economic development and administrative-political unit They differed in the number belonged to them villages, population, level of political and economic development and social differentiation within each of the rural communities. Lighting the last of any of these unions rural societies allows us to penetrate into the essence of the events in Dagestan socio-economic and socio-political processes and legal development. In this respect, of great interest is the formation and development of the border with Chechnya Bukynhemskoho (Gumbetovskogo). Union rural societies, where residents and part of the villages of Chechnya in the XVII - XXI centuries were influenced by one of the feudal family (Curlovich, Cuchacovich).
