LEGAL SUPPORT OF TRANSPORT SAFETY

In article the role of safety of the state is analyzed. Investigated the legal framework regulating relations in the sphere of security. The content, structure-logical and functional relationships among themselves categories such as safety, security, transport security was considered. Studied the conceptual apparatus formulated in the Federal Law «On Security» and the National Security Strategy. Problems of a terminology database in the considered sphere are noted. The necessity of establishing a system of uniform definitions in the field of security was substantiated. Analyzed by the Federal Law “On transport security.” Reasoned proposal to consolidate the legal rules governing the provision of transport safety legislation into a single institution. Marked by the necessity of ordering relations between public authorities and subjects of the transport infrastructure in the area of transport security.
