HISTORY OF ANABOLIC ANDROGENIC STEROIDS (POTENT SUBSTANCES)

Article is devoted questions the use of specialized knowledge workers forensic units of the Interior Ministry, the Federal Service for Control of Narcotic Drugs and other law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation in the fight against illegal sale of potent substances – androgenic anabolic steroids, banned in the Russian Federation. Resolve operational, investigative and forensic tasks at all stages of the struggle against drug trafficking and the formation of the basis of modern scientific-methodical and material base – the main goal of the article, which could not be achieved without a comprehensive study of the laws of, the existence, conservation forensically important information about the events under investigation and fact-dependent properties androgenic anabolic steroids. Scientific data of natural science knowledge, ensuring the validity and reliability of the expert’s conclusion, rules and concepts developed on the basis of general and special theories implemented in practice employees forensic police units allow the authors to consider anabolic androgenic steroids as drugs (drugs) created and used to correct the problems of testosterone deficiency to muscle overload in the sport. Currently, the widespread use of different categories of athletes illicit trafficking of steroids is associated with the risk of doping-related side effects of many body systems, including the cardiovascular system. Scientific information about anabolic androgenic steroids, in particular the history of their creation, the mechanism of action for human efficacy and side effects when taking drugs (controlled substances and drugs) will be useful for understanding the concerns of society as a whole and the state of health of the population, in particular, youth.
