USING MODERN SOFTWARE-TECHNICAL COMPLEX OF NAVIGATION SYSTEMS IN DISCLOSING AND INVESTIGATION OF CRIME

The article examines the use of modern software and hardware complexes navigation sys-tems in the detection and investigation of crimes. Improving education and professionalism of criminals, their use of modern science and technology and, means the Communication greatly complicates the investigation of crimes and entails the application of the latest technical means law enforcement agencies in solving operational and trace-governmental tasks. Using monitoring of mobile objects on the basis of satellite and ground-based navigation is of particular interest and practical significance to solve the problems of disclosure of, investigation and prevention of crime, as spatio-temporal data, as applied to objects within the scope of criminal proceedings, are relevant not only in terms of content, but also in the formation of the evidentiary basis for criminal de-lam. Discussed the existing problems in the information support of law enforcement and proposed a phased their decision.
