The article examines the interaction between the subjects of protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the prisons of Ukraine. Interactions of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens have peculiarities that occur primarily in the administrative and legal regulation of mutual relations resulting in the protection of rights and freedoms. Considered forms of interaction, carried out in accordance with the rules of administrative law, departmental regulations to the legal regulation of the behavior of individuals and businesses in the field of law enforcement community activities. Interaction of protection of human freedoms prisoners classified according to the shape of the jurisdiction. Suggest ways to improve the legal regulation in the sphere of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in prisons in Ukraine.
