THE QUESTION OF WANTED CRIMINALS, AS AN ESSENTIAL TO THE DIRECTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN ENSURING SAFETY OF CITIZENS AND AT PRESENT ARE

The article search of criminals, defined as the activities of the investigator and of the preliminary detection of known ( suspects, accused ) and unknown criminals hiding after committing the crime of organ investigation and trial. Proposed for optimization and improvement of investigative activity, it is necessary first of all to ensure that: the development of the regulatory framework for interaction services and departments of the Interior; high professional level of investigative activity of subjects of investigation; uniform distribution of the load on the investigators and officers of preliminary, carrying out search of the accused and their clear delineation of responsibilities, eliminating possible duplication of each other’s work , tangible and other incentives for employees who successfully scanning for defendants. Wanted criminals ( suspects, accused ) should be carried out jointly by officials of law enforcement agencies with the provision of the most comprehensive information. From this, as a rule, depends on the effectiveness of criminal investigation and in general the aims and objectives of criminal proceedings, the security of the state and the individual.
