INNOVATIVE FACTORS OF CIVIL ACTIVITY OF YOUTH (REGIONAL SPECIFICS)

In article the problem of objective need of innovative factors of civil activity of youth rises. It is concentrated, ideas and the basic concepts on which is based modern judgments about a youth role in formation of civil institutions are presented. The social research conducted by the author in one of average regions of the Russian Federation shows essential transformations in mass consciousness of youth and registration of a new stage in designing of civil activity of student’s youth. The position that the conservative generation of youth, with existence of hybrid values when in consciousness traditional values and innovative attitude quite get on came proved. Interest of the persons, which are at the level of decision-making in restoration of authority of other earlier active institutes and carrying out purposeful youth policy at the federal level, is noted.
