VIRTUOSITY AS A PHENOMENON IN THE HISTORY OF CULTURE PIANO LAST DECADE OF XX AND BEGINNING OF XXI CENTURY

The article highlights the phenomenon in the context of piano virtuosity culture of modernity. This is relevant, but little researched topic. Identified the main trends in the piano culture over the past few decades. Draws parallels with similar events of previous eras, the problems associated with performance. In numerous studies, we discuss the important issue of forming a specific virtuoso repertoire and its effect on the concerts. In the context of the pursuit of the composition are considered major piano compositions written by XX and XXI centuries. Provides an overview of performing and composing styles on the examples of outstanding musicians, a pianist whose art is the glory of the modern world pianism. Superbly owning piano repertoire including a highly complex compositions and their own romantic, modern pianists meet the requirements of time. Characteristics of the individual pianist reveals the main features of individual styles of the outstanding pianists of our time.
