THE LIVELIHOODS OF THE POPULATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

A thorough review of international cooperation in the use of military and civil defence assets for disaster in peacetime and livelihoods of the affected population. In today´s conditions, when systematically develops international cooperation between countries, one of the most serious and significant emergency is cooperation in issues of life sustenance of the population. This allows a wide range of design criteria for the use of military and civil defence assets in emergency situations, to standardize training requirements, as well as operational standards, establish a data bank on the availability of the necessary resources (financial, material, technical and engineering) for countries wishing to participate in such international humanitarian operations. A theoretical research allowed to formulate the basic criteria and the sustenance of the population in terms of international cooperation, manifested as an element of social protection. International cooperation on the issue of the sustenance of the population is non-military-type operations. These include first of all peace-keeping operations and humanitarian.
