SOCIAL POLICY IN MATTERS OF REMUNERATION OF WORKERS OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE AND SCIENCE: REGIONAL DIFFERENCES

The study areas for the improvement of social policy of the Russian state in matters of wage workers in the social sphere and science. Identified positive aspects of taking directions from the state, consisting in the increase of the wage level to the regional indicators. The author believes that the contradiction of the measures taken is the establishment of a control criterion is the achievement of wages to the regional level, which violates the principle of social justice in the distribution of income of workers of the social sphere and science, the application of labour which is geographically in different Russian regions, where the level of wages below the national average. Regional differences in wage levels shown by the author by comparative analysis using statistical data for the eight categories of workers of the social sphere and science at the country level, Federal districts and individual regions, cities of Federal importance. Proposed vector of social policy in the study area – to reduce regional differences in salaries this category of workers.
