WAYS TO IMPROVE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL

The article covers the essence of the financial control and rules regulating the system of the financial control in Ukraine. The main problems that prevent the effective performance of state financial control have been described. Rational ways to improve the existing national system of state financial control have been developed. The financial control is vital as it examines both the way public authorities, local governments, enterprises, companies, organizations and citizens comply with legal procedures and verifies the economic grounds and effectiveness of the actions taken, their compliance with tasks state and municipal formations have. The article proves that the financial control is an important measure to ensure the legitimacy and reasonability of the performance of state financial control in Ukraine.
