A socio-cultural project of the Festival, which is the result of research carried out on the basis of the Ètnohudožestvennogo Center of «origins» in the Faculty of Arts at Shuya, Ivanovo branch of the State University under the theme «Ètnohudožestvennye tradition of the Ivanovo region in ethno-cultural space of Russia.» The project «textile» Calico Rainbow in Shuya is the development of a model for the revival of the textile traditions of the Ivanovo region ètnohudožestvennyh in the old provincial town of Shuya. One of the main objectives of the project, impact on the formation and development of a new image of the textile industry of the Ivanovo region in the 21st century; study of the ètnohudožestvennyh traditions of the Ivanovo region and the historical heritage of manufacturers of textile industry in the Ivanovo region. Establishment and realization of the project of «textile» Calico Rainbow in Shuya is one of the effective ways of formation of ethno-cultural space of the Ivanovo region.
