Sustainable social and cultural development of the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia and Far East of the Russian Federation in the modern reality is becoming more dependent on the actual mechanisms of interaction between business entities with these nations. At the same time, the article notes that, despite the existence of examples of mutually beneficial cooperation between business entities and indigenous peoples, we can conclude that existing in the Russian practice examples, as opposed to foreign, are not system and are not proactive (primarily from for lack of a clear legal mechanisms at the federal and regional levels, to implement this binding interaction of each business entity).
