THE THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE STUDY OF MODERN YOUTH SUBCULTURES

The article considers the tattoo as a form of representation of visual codes for design of modern youth his embodiment on the example of the subcultures of the youth organizations of the city of Vladivostok. Presents theoretical and methodological base of the research, cultural and historical foundations of the appearance of the tattoo, historical and modern functions of a tattoo. Characterized by a modern youth subcultures, the reasons of their appearance, values and behavioural manifestations, symbols and attributes, the specifics of sign-symbolic manifestations in tattoos number of youth subcultures, Vladivostok. Defined scientific novelty of research, conclusions about what tattoo should be considered as one of the oldest, universal sign of rights, containing the sacred meaning and actualized in modern culture. It is proved that the tattoo is used to broadcast in sensual-perceivable form of ideas, ideals and cultural values of modern youth. Indicates that youth in a situation of cultural transformations, life-meaningful benchmarks resorts to historically proven codes representation of its identity.
