The relevance of research entities migration as a cultural phenomenon is defined in several ways kulturfilosofskij issues. First of all, the migration of the last twenty years has been the subject of a general scientific and interdisciplinary studies in sociology, demography, political science, economics, history, anthropology, which define it as a global phenomenon, entailing widespread socio-cultural change processes. However, the synthesis research development is absent, and the theory of migration is in the process of establishing its place among the other social sciences, as well as in the development stage categorical system , analysis of current migration trends through applied research. Kulturfilosofskij issues focused mainly on the conceptual definition of the concept of “migration”, which allows to combine existing ideas and prioritize research in accordance with the modern social relations. Determination of migration as a process of territorial displacement affecting the social conditions (especially economic, demographic, political), is no longer able to explain the transformation of social relations and reveal the specifics of the quality of social and cultural changes of the modern world. During the XX century in sociological research community workers were considered as localized and associated only with their own culture, where these groups of people had to adapt or assimilate (dissolve). However, at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries, results of the study of intercultural interaction in the community formed an idea of migration as a complex process, dynamically changing social relationships and establish new cultural values and attitudes of the collision contact groups. The analysis of this phenomenon from the point of view of the philosophy of culture and modern methodology of cultural studies will reveal its fundamental trends, determine basic principles of social and cultural transformations of XX–XXI centuries.
