Work is devoted to the sonata of G. Vavilov, which sealed properties of his artistic thinking, particularly implementation of the principles of classical and modern musical writing. The article analyzes the texts Sonatas in accordance with the evolution of the individual author’s style. From the early to the late sonatas traced the development processes of the genre, exhibiting a high degree of complexity and individualizirovannosti. In the analysis of musical texts apply theoretic methods Musicological, stylistic and complex analysis.
