DIALOGUE OF CULTURES AS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL FUNCTION OF FOLK ART: THE REGIONAL ASPECT

The purpose of the article is to consider the principle of Dialogic and justify its importance in the implementation of one of the most important functions of folk art - education-in system этнохудожественного education. The relevance of the problem stems from the need to resolve the contradictions between the recognition of the principle of Dialogic as the determinant in the development of culture, arts and his under-estimation in the process of implementation of the educational function of folk art. Disclosed specifications-ka, dialogue arts on the example of folk art of the Ivanovo region (the art of lacquer mini-Tura), on the one hand, as one of the conditions of the formation, development, fading and revival of folk-century art, reflecting not only the nature-ethnic features of folk art, but com-Plex borrowings, processing инокультурных phenomena, on the other hand - as a condition for the implementation of the educational function in the system этнохудожественного education from the viewpoint of its adaptation to the educational process of selection and interpretation of arts information, transcript of accumulated artistic experience of folk art, perception and assignment his spiritual and moral content.
