AESTHETIC INTERACTION OF JAZZ AND AVANT-GARDE IN THE NATIONAL MUSICAL CULTURE OF THE 1920S

The article is devoted to the perception of jazz as an original musical art form in Russia of the 1920s and the in-teraction of aesthetic avant-garde and jazz in the space of the national culture of this period. The First World War led to the emergence of many artistic movements in art. The representatives of the avant-garde considered that the traditional art of the early twentieth century came to a crisis. The exit from the crisis, they have seen a radical update of the arts and artistic creativity. The following factors were the defining «transit» of jazz in the space of the national culture of the 1920s, as well as the main factors of interaction of jazz and avant-garde space in the national culture of the 1920s: - The general dynamism of modern times, characteristic of the avant-garde and jazz, - Communication with the noise background as a composer-Futurists, the similarity of the sound of the first jazz bands with noise bands, - A tendency to outrageous fashion and exotic, - The desire for creative freedom - A new sense of rhythm, his «liberation» - Communication with the aesthetics of urbanism, especially with the image of the machine, - Relationship with a sports theme (sports and jazz as a manifestation of the orderly and calibrated accent rhythm).
