MANNERISM IN FINE ART

Mannerism – artistic style that emerged in the second half of the XVI century in Western Europe. Specificity of that style, which sometimes called «autumn of the Renaissance», is that it had preached new aesthetic ideal. The Renaissance humanism, glorification of the human as «measure of all things» had filed as a history. Mannerism maximized manifestation of evil: pain, misery, irrationalism of people behavior. Nowadays the term mannerism describes stylistically variation of fine art in which the formalistic supersedes the substantial. Style of mannerism divided into the inner (the substantial, the emotional) and the predicable, the formalistic demonstrated in lines, compositions and forms. It was mannerism that induced in to life the phenomenon like subjective view to life, the dialogueness of the creation in which spectator and artist intercommunicate.
