STRUCTURAL CHANGES IN FOWL’S LIVER AFFECTED WITH NEONICOTINOIDS AFTER BEING TREATED WITH OZONE/NO-CONTAINING GAS MIXTURE

The AA studied effect of 0,0005% aqueous Konfidor Extra as well as 0,00013% aqueous solution of Kalipso exposed treated with ozone/NO-containing gas mixture on fowl’s liver structure within the 14-days rearing period. It was stated that in two weeks the aqueous solutions of the pesticides under test induce either hemodynamic such as paretic venous and sinusoidal dilatation, vascular endothelial desquamation, and dystrophic changes in the liver including granular, hydropic degeneration, hepatosteatosis as well. Aqueous neonicotinoid solutions which have been once treated with the ozone/NO-containing gas mixture cause less distinct hepatic changes in poultry. Results of the conducted researches testify to gepatotoksichesky action imidakloprid-and tiaklopridsoderzhashchy pesticides on an organism of animals and prospects of further tests of an ozone/NO-containing gas mix for the purpose of optimization of technological schemes, modes and detoxication parameters in conditions of production.
