SOME FEATURES ESTABLISH THE CAUSES OF FIRE, ARISEN AS A RESULT OF THE EXPLOSION FUEL-AIR MIXTURE LOW POWER

Article examines the reasons, the emergence and development of fire, appearance of traces on objects - in rem elements of the fire situation, formation process independent of each other fires, organization and production of forensic fire-technical examination and reflection in their circumstances criminal cases (article 167 part 2 of the Criminal Law Code of the Russian Federation). Aim of this study is the result of an expert study of atypical situations of fire, the cause of which was the ignition of air-fuel mixture volume (ethyl acetate, Nefras Br 2, oxygen in the air) low power, which were formed as a result of several fires in the absence of other known features of the explosion of the fuel-air mixture. Using a forensic expert study data and methods of the natural, technical and other knowledge to ensure the accuracy and scientific validity of the expert conclusions as forensic evidence, in order to establish the circumstances investigated event, conjugated with the explosion of the fuel-air mixture a low power, can be realized on the basis of knowledge of the features, development and effects of fire and explosion, depending on the properties of substances and materials, ignition sources. Arson as the cause of the fire is often attributed to the discovery of several sources of ignition may be erroneous conclusion of the expert opinion. Estimates of authors in solving the problem of expert firetechnical examination argue, that the explosion of the fuel-air mixture having a low power, generates traces with similar symptoms.
