THE EFFICIENCY OF USE LARIKARVIT IN MEDICATION THE TOXIC HEPATITIS OF BROILER CHICKENS

In the face of large aviculture farms poultry often has toxic liver and pancreas damages, which are accompanied by increase of transamination ferments, alkaline phosphatase and glucose in blood serum. The result of the activation of free radical oxidation is the destruction of the plasma membranes, endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria of hepatocytes. Nowadays, for the treatment of liver’s destructions vegetal antioxidants are used. Wherein scientists’ attention attracts as well-known medications (derivatives of Saint-Mary thistle - Silimar, silymarin, etc.) as new (phenolic compounds), among which phenylpropanoids and flavonoids are the most actively studied. Therefore, a new integrated medication, involving carotene, chlorophyll, bioflavonoid larch complex and vitamins A, E, D3, was set up and called “larikarvit”. The use of larikarvit for broilers helped to increase average daily growth and quantity of vitamins in blood serum and liver, to reduce the physiological norm of transamination ferments. On the basis of the specific tests larikarvit can be recommended to use in aviculture for the efficiency increase, correction of broiler chickens A-vitamin feeding and as hepatoprotector.
