PRINCIPLES OF REGULATORY AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF STATE INVESTMENT POLICY IN TERMS OF UKRAINE›S WTO MEMBERSHIP

The research paper contains the notes on the facts that in terms of Ukraine’s WTO membership the regulation of investment processes is of particular importance since national economy and particularly industrial sector enterprises gain additional opportunities to incerese the level of their own competitiveness due to the favourable conditions for the foreign investors. This means that while establishing key investment policy lines the legislator should proceed from clear, transparent, intelligible and economically reasonable principles of its regulatory and legal support. The general and special principles of regulatory and legal support of state investment policy in terms of Ukraine’s WTO membership are defined. The content of principles of regulatory and legal support of state investment policy is analyzed. Based upon carried out analysis, the necessity to supplement the existing institutionalized list of considered principles is shown.
