The article analyzes the inclusion of temporary labor migrants of Muslim activities of religious organizations Samara region to adapt to the cultural environment indistinguishable. Hypothesis of the study – migrants participating in the activities of religious organizations, it is easier to adapt to the cultural environment indistinguishable. The author presents statistical data on migration in the Samara region. Compared the activity of religious organizations on the basis of interviews with their representatives (managers, teachers, employees) and the ratio of migrants to the activity. Conducted comparing views of the participants of the adaptation process. The examples of the activity of religious organizations of the Samara region. Excerpts from referrals and interventions by the Samara region, associated with the attitude of the local authorities to Muslim religious organizations.
