This article is devoted to the problem of the existing crisis of identiﬁcation of the values set and its possible solving through cultural enviroment of the higher education institution. Certain features that characterize crisis culture are commercialization, globalization, growing estrangement between generations and increasing gap between mass and elite cultures. In this situation Higher Education Institution is seen as the connecting bond of the established culture and the new developed sub-cultures brought by students from outside environments. Forming of the cultural environment in Higher Education Institution is an outcome of the process of self-identiﬁcation of the student body. In this context corporate culture can be seen as modeled phenomenon established through forming cultural set of values.
