Роль государства в регулировании экономических отношений оценивается неоднозначно, но при всей разнице теоретических подходов к проблеме сама необходимость государственного участия в регулировании экономических процессов признается всеми исследователями. Одной из форм регулирования экономики сегодня является государственно-частное партнерство. Являясь институтом публичного права, в своей современной форме оно является примером сочетания частных и публичных интересов, конвергенции публичного и частного права. В статье государственно-частное партнерство рассматривается в связи с основными экономическими проблемами современного государства, анализируются основные направления развития данного института, формулируется вывод о связи государственно-частного партнерства и уровня экономического развития государства.

The role ofthe state in regulatingeconomic relationsremains a controversial issue, but all the differences of theoretical approaches to the problem of the very necessity of government involvement in the regulation of economic processes is recognized by all researchers. One form of regulation of the economy today is a public-private partnership. As an institution of public law, in its present form, it is an example of a combination of private and public interests, the convergence of public and private law. In this articlea public-privatepartnershipis considered in connectionwith the basiceconomic problemsof the modern state, analyzes the maindirections of developmentof the institution, to draw conclusionsabout the relationshipof public-privatepartnerships andthe level of economicdevelopment of the state.
