В статье розыск преступников определяется как деятельность следователя и работников органа дознания по обнаружению известных (подозреваемых, обвиняемых) и неизвестных преступников, скрывшихся после совершения преступления от органов следствия и суда. Предлагается для оптимизации и совершенствования разыскной деятельности, прежде всего, обеспечить: разработку нормативно-правовой базы взаимодействия служб и подразделений органов внутренних дел; высокий профессиональный уровень разыскной деятельности субъектов расследования; равномерное распределение нагрузки на следователей и работников органов дознания, осуществляющих розыск обвиняемых, и четкое разграничение их обязанностей, исключив возможное дублирование в работе друг друга; материальное и иное стимулирование работников, успешно разыскивающих обвиняемых. Розыск преступников (подозреваемых, обвиняемых) должен проводиться совместными усилиями должностных лиц правоохранительных органов с предоставлением максимально всеобъемлющей информации. От этого, как правило, зависит результативность розыска преступников и в целом достижение целей и задач уголовного судопроизводства, обеспечения безопасности государства и личности.

Wanted criminals ( suspects, accused ) should be carried out jointly by officials of law enforcement agencies with the provision of the most comprehensive information. From this, as a rule, depends on the effectiveness of criminal investigation and in general the aims and objectives of criminal proceedings, the security of the state and the individual.
